ROYAL STRANGER products are individually handmade in Oporto, Portugal. As a handmade piece and with all the efforts to keep faithful to every little detail, slight variations may occur.
Account & Order Terms
All accounts will be opened as pro-forma. Open credit terms will be considered on a case by case basis after the first pro-forma order. Pro-forma orders will require a 50% deposit with the order and the balance prior to shipping from Portugal. We reserve the right to require a 100% payment in advance for first orders. All pieces are ROYAL STRANGER’s property until payment in full is received. Payment by check is not accepted. Orders should be made by email: email@example.com
Products are handmade upon receipt of the order and deposit. Cancellation will not be accepted after 5 working days from the order issue date. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to any cancellations received after the order issue date.
Our lead-time is 5-6 weeks, after receipt of payment/adjudication. For pieces with custom specifications or large quantities orders we reserve the right to agree with the costumer on a time of delivery.
Unless otherwise stated on the order, goods are collected by the carrier of the costumer’s choice. ROYAL STRANGER can provide transport with an additional cost.
Freight Policy & Damage Claims
All products are carefully packed up and inspected prior to shipment. Title passes to the purchaser at the time the goods are picked up by the carrier in Portugal. The refusal of damaged merchandise in no way relieves the purchaser of responsibility for paying the goods. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Should visible or concealed damage occur in transit, immediately notify the delivering carrier with initial notification of intent to file a claim. Please note: Failure to report concealed damage within fifteen days of receipt will result in the denial of your claim. Any damage should also be communicated to ROYAL STRANGER during the first 48 hours after receiving the order, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damages, and sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
No returns will be accepted without written consent from ROYAL STRANGER. Unauthorized returns will be refused at costumer’s expense.
Special Orders | Contract | Hospitality Orders
ROYAL STRANGER has the ability to customize existing products or new products to meet contract specifications. These orders will be subject to special pricing based on features and quantities. Please contact ROYAL STRANGER for contract quotes.
Dealer internet websites may neither advertise, nor in any way display the ROYAL STRANGER name, logo, product images or any other property company emblems or information without prior written consent from the company. Dealer websites may not display pricing lower than ROYAL STRANGER’s MSRP, promotional offers, discounts or value statements (like lowest price in town). Please contact ROYAL STRANGER for further company guidelines on internet usage.
We reserve the right not to sell, or continue to sell, to any dealer whose distribution or sales tactics result in a negative effect on our ability to compete and sell into a region.
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to discontinue products or change specifications and prices on products. All prices are retail prices and always refer to one unit. Prices are in Euros and exclude VAT. Price list excludes transport costs. Packaging is always included in our prices; however, if the costumer requires specific packaging, they will be charged accordingly. Container pricing is available.
