Her early career included an internship with architect Carlos Castanheira, followed by collaborations on various projects with the renowned Álvaro Siza Vieira. Later, she co-founded an architecture and interior design studio with Rui Moreira Santos, her life and business partner.

Sofia’s work in interior design has received international recognition, earning her a place among the finalists in prestigious global competitions. Her venture into exclusive furniture design began with the creation of Royal Stranger, a brand that reflects her singular vision of art and design.
